How to measure

Using a ring that fits: measure the inside diameter of the ring, edge to edge, in millimetres, and find the closest diameter in the chart below.
Measuring your finger: wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger, mark where it overlaps, then measure the length in millimetres. This is your circumference.
Measure at the end of the day when your hands are warm, and check that the size will still slide over your knuckle.
