Warranty

Every KINGSPER watch comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.

What is covered

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, including the movement, crown and case components.

What is not covered

• Colour, plating, coating or paint issues, including fading, discolouration, tarnishing or wear of gold, rose gold, black or other coloured finishes on the case, bracelet, dial or hands
• Normal wear and tear, including straps, scratches and scuffs
• Glass breakage
• Battery replacement
• Water damage beyond the stated water resistance
• Accidental damage, misuse or improper handling
• Repairs or alterations not carried out by KINGSPER

How to claim

Email info@kingsper.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and a photo or video. If the fault is covered, we will repair or replace your watch free of charge.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
